David Pipia

David Pipia currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets at Alfa-Bank, a position held since November 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President at Renaissance Capital from December 2016 to November 2021 and as Head of Division for Equity Capital Markets at Moscow Exchange from September 2013 to December 2016. David began a career in equity capital markets at VTB Capital as an Associate from September 2008 to February 2013, participating in significant transactions such as the US$500 million IPO of Moscow Stock Exchange and the US$2.24 billion IPO of UC Rusal. Earlier roles also include internships at Dresdner Kleinwort, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and Deloitte. David Pipia holds a Specialist of Commerce degree from MGIMO University, completed in 2007.
