Talgat Zhanasov

Talgat Zhanasov is an experienced professional in strategic planning and business development, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Planning in Corporate Governance and Business Development at Alfa-Bank Holding since December 2022. Prior roles include Head of Strategic Projects in Retail Banking and Digital Banking at Alfa-Bank, and Managing Expert in Strategy at Promsvyazbank. Talgat's career began with positions at Alfa-Bank as an Associate Analyst and Specialist in Strategy, as well as an Intern in Strategy. Earlier experiences include work as an Incoming Request Specialist at Tinkoff Bank and an intern at the Russian International Affairs Council, alongside founding an English Language School. Talgat holds a Master’s Degree in International Finance and Banking from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Finance University.
