Kirsty McCarroll

Kirsty McCarroll currently serves as General Counsel at Alfa Financial Software since January 2021 and is also a member of The L Suite at TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Counsel at Arcmont Asset Management, where responsibilities involved structuring multi-jurisdictional leveraged finance deals, and as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, focusing on debt finance and structured finance. Kirsty holds a BA (Hons) in Law from the University of Cambridge, an LL.M. in International Financial Law from King's College London, and has completed several specialized courses related to climate change and sustainable development law.
