Marcus Donaldson has extensive experience in finance and accounting, having held various leadership roles in companies such as Alfa Financial Software, Hertz, Rentokil Initial, SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving, lastminute.com, and EY. Marcus'sroles have included Finance Director, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Vice President & International Controller, Senior Director, International Audit, Controller EMEA & Asia Pacific, UK Finance Director, and Director of Financial Control Europe. Marcus's career highlights include leading controllership across EMEA & APAC regions, spearheading strategic financial initiatives, and playing a key role in the turnaround of businesses.

Marcus Donaldson began their education journey in 1987, earning a BA hons in Business Studies from the University of East London in 1991. Marcus then continued their education at ICAEW, where they obtained their FCA (Fellow) degree in 1994. In 2006, Marcus became a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD), adding to their list of accomplishments in the field of business.
