Michael co-founded nomizz, a tech startup aimed at enhancing project management in machinery development. With over a decade of experience at Procter & Gamble, Michael progressed from Lead Packaging Engineer to Engineering Director, where responsibilities included overseeing technology development, capacity projects, and managing complex capital investment initiatives. Michael holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and an Intermediate Dipl. in Mechanical Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
