Andreas Joviken

Andreas Joviken has extensive work experience in the field of HR and analytics. Andreas is currently serving as the VP of People Analytics & Strategic Insights at Alfa Laval since September 2022. Before that, they worked at Volvo Cars as the Head of People Analytics and later as the Global HR Director for Digitalization & Analytics from May 2018 to September 2022. Prior to Volvo Cars, they held positions at Mölnlycke as the Global HR Director for Analytics & Technology, HR Director for various segments, and Global HR Manager for Surgical Operations from 2011 to 2018. Andreas also worked at Göteborgs Gatu AB as the Manager of Human Resource and Operational Development from 2009 to 2011. Andreas started their career at Volvo Car Corporation, where they held various roles such as Human Resource Business Partner in R&D, Project Leader for Capability Development, Human Resource Business Officer in Powertrain Engineering, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Task Leader for Surface Materials between 2001 and 2009.

Andreas Joviken attended Chalmers University of Technology from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained an MSc degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, from 1998 to 2001, they attended the University of Göteborg and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Work and Organizational Psychology. In 2023, they obtained a certification in People Analytics: Transforming HR Strategy with Data Science from Emeritus - University of Cambridge.
