Danil Korelskiy

Danil Korelskiy is a highly experienced professional in the fields of chemical engineering and research, currently serving as the Head of MT&C & Test Centre within the R&D BU HSS at Alfa Laval since May 2019. Korelskiy leads a sizable team focused on materials technology and chemistry, overseeing multiple departments dedicated to technology development and testing. Prior to this role, Korelskiy held various leadership positions at Beckers Group, managing R&D and technical customer support for coil coatings in North Europe. Academic background includes significant roles at Luleå University of Technology, including Assistant Professor of Chemical Technology and post-doctoral research fellow, with extensive expertise in sustainable chemical processes, membrane technology, and material characterization. Educational credentials consist of a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering, along with an MS in Wood Science from Northern Arctic Federal University.
