Erik Schulz

Erik Schulz is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in global human resources and organizational change management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CE Competence and an HR Senior Advisor at STS Distribution, Erik holds a long-standing position as Global HR Partner & Change Lead at Alfa Laval AB since 2014, where contributions include overseeing HR for Operations Development and leading the Endeavour Project. Additionally, Erik is a member of the Advisory Board at Copenhagen Business School. Previous roles span various organizations, including Danish Labourmarket Mediators, Frederiksberg Forsyning/DONG, and SAS COMPONENT A/S, with a career rooted in HR management and business partnership.
