Hogir Rasul

Hogir Rasul is an experienced engineering and management professional with a robust background in automation, control systems, and product development. Since December 2018, Hogir has served as the Head of Test Center at Alfa Laval Technologies AB, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams in the development of test systems and quality control for high-speed separators. Prior to this role, Hogir founded RSL Sun Power AB, delivering integrated solar power solutions, and held managerial positions in hardware development at Megger Sweden AB and electronic systems development at Scania CV AB. Early career experience includes roles at Micronic Laser Systems AB, KTM Solutions AB, Emerson Energy Systems AB, and Ericsson Power Systems AB, accumulating significant expertise in project management, electronic design, and automation systems. Hogir holds a Ph.D. in Automation and Control Systems from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
