Johan Palm

Johan Palm is a Design Engineering Manager at Alfdex AB since September 2024, overseeing the Design Engineering team. Previously, Johan served as a Design Engineering Manager at Alfdex while being employed by Alfa Laval since September 2018, contributing to the company's collaborative efforts. From March 2012 to August 2018, Johan held multiple roles including Senior Development Engineer and Product Architect at HotSwap. Earlier experience includes consulting in Mechanical Product Design at Svea Teknik AB from August 2008 to March 2012, and a position as an Informatör/Teknikspanare at Teknikföretagen in 2007. Johan started the career as a Studentambassadör at KTH from October 2006 to November 2007. Johan holds a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Design and Product Realisation from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and completed a Basic Course in Psychology at Stockholm University in 2007.
