Kevin Mongello

Kevin Mongello has extensive work experience, starting in 2011 with a role as an Admissions Counselor at 2U. Kevin then progressed within the company, working as a Trainer, Training Manager, and eventually becoming a Senior Learning and Development Specialist. In 2021, Kevin joined Alfa Laval as a Customer Academy Manager before being promoted to Head of Cluster Marketing - North America in 2023.

Kevin Mongello received their Bachelor's degree from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business in 2009 with a concentration in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Kevin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from American University - Kogod School of Business specializing in Consulting, which they completed in 2019.
