Nadine Helga Abraha has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nadine Helga started their career in 2009 at Alfa Laval, where they served in various roles, including Head of HR Energy Division and HR Vice President Energy Division. In these positions, they focused on strategic talent management, performance management, leadership coaching, and culture activation. Nadine Helga played a key role in driving the division's people and culture strategy in the transition towards net zero and circular economy. Nadine Helga also worked as a Global HR Business Partner at Alfa Laval, where they were responsible for the Business Unit Decanters and the Global Product Group Decanters & High Speed Separators. In this role, they focused on strategic HR, organizational development, and talent management. Prior to joining Alfa Laval, they worked at GETRAG International GmbH as an HR Business Partner. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including being a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Professional/ Master Class from LIVING INSTITUTE Blox Hub Copenhagen in 2020, completing the IMPACT Group Talent Program for Female Leaders at Alfa Laval in 2019, becoming a Manager for Agile Organisational Development from Quadriga University of Applied Sciences, Executive Education/ Berlin in 2017, obtaining certification as a Certified MBTI Trainer (Step I & II) from OPPassessment/ AMT Management Performance AG in 2014, becoming a Certified Business Coach from Deutscher Verband für Coaching & Training in 2011, and obtaining certification as a Certified Practitioner in Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) from SHL in 2011.
