Pascale Gimenez

Pascale Gimenez is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Alfa Laval. Pascale has over 30 years of experience in human resources and has held various positions at companies such as Sandvik SAS France, Electrolux Home Products Corporation N.V., and Unilever. Pascale has a wealth of experience in managing HR for large organizations and is a valuable asset to Alfa Laval.

Pascale Gimenez has a Bachelor of Laws from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and a Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ESSEC Business School. Pascale is also an Engineer in Agronomia from UniLaSalle.

They are on a team with Jan Allde - CFO, Mikael Tydén - President, Operations Division, and Joakim Vilson - SVP, Global Sales & Service. Pascale Gimenez reports to Tom Erixon, President & CEO.
