Rikke Kau Breinholt

Rikke Kau Breinholt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and research within the hygienic fluid handling industry. Since December 2006, Rikke has held the position of Vice President at Alfa Laval, overseeing the development of a competitive product portfolio and building a global R&D function across multiple countries. Prior roles include R&D Manager and Product Centre Fluid Handling, where Rikke was responsible for the development of various fluid handling products and leading teams across several locations. Previous experience includes positions at APV Invensys and Grundfos, where Rikke focused on pump development and project management. Rikke holds a PhD in Fluid Dynamics from Aalborg University, an EBA in Engineering Business Administration, and a Mini MBA in Sustainability Management, also from Aalborg University.
