Shashikant Kumar

Shashikant Kumar is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as General Manager - HR & IR at Udaipur Cement Works Limited since August 2020, Shashikant oversees HR, industrial relations, administration, and security for a workforce of approximately 2,300 employees. Prior to this role, Shashikant held various senior HR positions at ACC Limited from July 2005 to July 2020, including General Manager HR, General Manager - HR & Admin, and Dy General Manager HR & A, as well as Chief Manager HR & A and Manager HR. Shashikant holds a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, completed in 2005, and a foundational education from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1986 to 1998.
