Currently serving as Chief Exterior Designer for Fiat under FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Maserati, Pacella also holds the position of Chief Exterior Designer for Alfa Romeo. Previous roles include Lead Designer and Senior Designer at Pininfarina, and Senior Interior Designer at Mercedes-Benz Advanced Design Italia. Pacella's design career began at Pininfarina, where significant contributions were made from 2001 to 2006.
