Chef Dhurba Raj Giri

Chef Dhurba Raj Giri has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a chef at Alfahim Group since June 2009 and simultaneously holding the position of chef de partie at Golden Tulip Hospitality Group. Prior experience includes roles as chef de partie at Abu Dhabi Sands Hotels and Al Diar Hotels in 2006, as well as a commis responsible for cold kitchen operations at Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass ME LLC from 2000 to 2006. Chef Dhurba Raj Giri completed education at Kathmandu University from 1990 to 2005.
