Melanie Reed has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the event production and technology industry. Melanie has been with Alford Media since January 1998, where Melanie currently serves as the Senior Vice President. Prior to that, Melanie worked at Meeting Convention Incentives Services as the Director of Travel and Office Operations. Melanie has a strong educational background, having studied English, Education, and Spanish at the University of North Texas. Melanie's responsibilities include overseeing support services such as marketing, app development, purchasing, human resources, IT, and office operations, as well as developing and leading training initiatives.
