Matt Pierce

Matt Pierce has over 20 years of work experience in the engineering industry. Matt started their career as a Bridge Engineer at AECOM in 2001 and worked there for 10 years. Matt then joined Gannett Fleming in 2011 as a Senior Bridge Engineer and Project Manager and stayed with the company for 3 years. In 2014, they moved to AECOM again as a Project Manager and worked there for 1 year. Currently, Matt is working at Alfred Benesch & Company as a Project Manager and Pittsburgh Structures Lead since 2015.

Matt Pierce completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Allegheny College in 1999. Matt then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, which was completed in 2001. Matt continued their education at the University of Pittsburgh, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering in 2005.
