Penny Wizer has extensive experience in risk management, operations, and human resources across multiple industries spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Risk Management & Safety Coordinator at Benesch since July 2013, Wizer handles legal inquiries and collaborates with outside counsel. Prior roles include Operations Department Head at Delich Roth & Goodwillie, where Wizer automated invoicing processes and managed 401(k) administration. As Operations Manager at Mr. Handyman, Wizer contributed to the franchise's launch and development. Previous positions include HR Operations Manager at Penguin Computing, focusing on benefits consulting and ergonomic programs, and a progression of roles at Bank of America, culminating as Manager of Executive Compensation Services.
