Callum Holt

Callum Holt is an Equity and Inclusion Consultant at Alfred Health since July 2022, focusing on creating a culturally safe and inclusive workplace. Key accomplishments include coordinating participation in Pride Marches, developing the Employee Equity and Inclusion Strategy, and delivering various initiatives such as gender equity reports and support guidelines for transgender employees. Prior to this, Callum served as a Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital, where responsibilities included implementing strategies for cultural safety and overseeing projects aimed at inclusivity for staff and patients. Callum began the career as a Grade 2 Physiotherapist and has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, along with a Master in Sexual and Reproductive Health from the University of Sydney.
