Jonathan Oldham

Jonathan Oldham has extensive experience in medical workforce management, currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Medical Workforce at Alfred Health since May 2020, overseeing 1700 Medical Staff across 43 departments and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Prior to this role, Jonathan managed the Medical Workforce department at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital from October 2019 to May 2020, where responsibilities included recruitment and retention of over 1500 Medical Practitioners. Jonathan's earlier positions include Medical Education Officer at Fiona Stanley Hospital and various roles in medical workforce and human resources at Fremantle Hospital. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Human Resources Management and Marketing from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
