Kristi Jacobsen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristi currently works as the Director of Customer Services at Alfred Music, where they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Account Specialist at the same company from February 2022 to August 2022.

Before joining Alfred Music, Kristi worked as an Account Manager at McCarty Virtual Services, LLC starting in November 2020.

Kristi Jacobsen's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Lebanon Valley College and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Business, which they completed in 2007. Following this, they enrolled at Raritan Valley Community College in 2010 and pursued General Studies, ultimately completing their studies in 2013. In 2015, Kristi commenced their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Music Industry Administration at California State University, Northridge, which they successfully completed in 2017.

Continuing their education, Kristi obtained a Certificate in Marketing from UCLA in 2016. Kristi then pursued further education at UCLA, completing a Certificate in the Paralegal Training Program in 2018. In addition to their formal degrees and certificates, Kristi also acquired various certifications. In 2018, they acquired certifications in "Managing for Results," "Rewarding Employees," "Building Accountability Into Your Culture," "Learning Music Licensing," "Marketing Foundations: Social Media," "Performance Review Foundations," "Podcasting: Business and Law," and "Social Media Marketing: Managing Online Communities." Furthermore, in 2021, they obtained the certification in "Content Strategy for Professionals: Engaging Audiences" from Northwestern University.
