Ayoka Jack

Ayoka Jack has extensive experience in human resources. Ayoka is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Alfred Street Baptist Church, where they provide executive-level vision, strategy, and leadership for all HR functions. Prior to this, Ayoka held the same position at Georgetown Day School, where they implemented the organization's first HRIS and aligned HR with the school's mission and culture. Ayoka has also worked as the National Wellness Coordinator at General Dynamics Information Technology and as an HR Consultant. Earlier in their career, Ayoka served as the Global HR Director at Corporate Executive Board, HR Manager at Deloitte and Touche, and Benefits Manager at Omni Shoreham Hotel.
