Elen Le Gall - Trébaol obtained a Licence professionnelle conduite de projet en Agroalimentaire from La Rochelle Université in 2008, after completing a DUT génie biologique option IAB from IUT de Quimper in 2007. Both of these degrees were in the field of Sciences et technologie alimentaires and Technologie alimentaire et transformation des aliments, respectively.
