Tulio Abi-Saber

He has more than 15 years of experience in regulated companies. Previously, Mr. Abi-Saber worked for 9 years in the INVEPAR Group and held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Highways, Chief Financial Officer of Via 040, and Chief Executive Officer of CART. Prior to this, he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Controller in GlobeNet. From 2003 through 2006, Mr. Abi-Saber worked at Brasil Telecom, in the financial, engineering, and operations areas. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from UFMG with a specialization in Business Management from FIA, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and an Advanced Management Program from FDC / INSEAD.
