Firas Atwa

Firas joined Algebra in 2022 as an Investment Associate. Previously, Firas worked as a Manager at Swvl, where he led the supply vertical globally for the company’s B2C category. He was responsible for managing the supply lifecycle including acquisition, pricing, performance, retention, and collections.

Prior to that, Firas spent a few years working in strategy consulting at Alvarez and Marsal, across the Middle East and North Africa. He completed engagements across strategy formulation, operating model design, cost optimization, and organizational restructuring across various industries including financial services, real estate, transportation, healthcare, and technology.

Firas holds a BA in Economics and a minor in Legal Studies from New York University. He is an avid writer, discussing various topics on entrepreneurship and venture capital.
