Chief Financial Officer at Algiers Charter School Association

Renae Montegut has worked in the K-12 non-profit and governmental education sector for the past fourteen years. She oversees the day to day operations of the finance team, ensuring that Algiers Charter School Associations leadership and Board have the financial tools, information and resources necessary to meet the Algiers Charter mission while adhering to all relevant compliance guidelines and industry best practices. Prior to her work with charter schools, Mrs. Montegut worked as an auditor for a large local accounting firm. Mrs. Montegut is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University. Mrs. Montegut is a long time member of the Louisiana Association of School Business Officials and the Louisiana Government Finance Officers Association.
