Crystal Smalldon RSSW is a seasoned professional in the field of addiction counseling and mental health, currently serving as a Victim Advocate at the Orlando Police Department since January 2024, focusing on combatting the opioid crisis. As Clinical Director at the Canadian Addiction Recovery Association, Crystal leads initiatives to train addiction and mental health counselors. Other roles include Co-Chairwoman at Algonquin College, Chief Executive Officer of The Smalldon Group, and Executive Director for the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Certification Board of Georgia. Additionally, Crystal is active as a Grant Manager with the Pathway Group and serves on the Board of Directors for Mackay Manor.
