Crystal Smalldon RSSW is a seasoned professional in the field of addiction counseling and mental health, currently serving as a Victim Advocate at the Orlando Police Department since January 2024, focusing on combatting the opioid crisis. As Clinical Director at the Canadian Addiction Recovery Association, Crystal leads initiatives to train addiction and mental health counselors.
