Devon Prelaz

Devon Prelaz is an experienced professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development Programs at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP since March 2021, where oversight includes learning and performance management for Business Services. Previous roles at BLG involved providing regional leadership in various HR functions. Prior to BLG, Devon was a Graduate Career & Internship Coordinator at Carleton University's Sprott School of Business, offering career support to students and managing employer relations. Other positions include a Career Consultant at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited, Manager of Human Resources at BLG, and HR/Recruitment Coordinator for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, complemented by an Administrative Clerk role.
