Isha Bhatia has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as Team Lead for the Client Care Group at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology since August 2017, following roles as a Senior Case Resolution Specialist and ITS Client Service Representative. Prior to this, Isha worked at Mphasis from January 2009 to March 2017 as a SQL Server Database Administrator, where responsibilities included installing and upgrading SQL Server, managing major incidents, assigning tasks to team members, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and implementing security policies. Isha holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in General Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, completed in 2008, and a Senior Secondary degree in Science from Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilani, completed in 2004.
