Joe Veryard

Joe Veryard is a professor at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, specializing in Communications for Internet Application/Web Development and Construction Engineering Technician students, currently utilizing online platforms for instruction. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Joe served as Past Chair of the Board of Directors at YouthOttawa, promoting youth leadership in the community. Previous roles include Principal Coach for the Ontario Principals' Council, where Joe collaborated with secondary school principals, and involvement in various educational committees and councils, including the Ontario Ministry of Education and the Institute for Education Leadership. Joe holds a Doctor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education from Queen's University.
