Mary Baxter

Mary Baxter is an experienced professional in food and conference services, currently serving as the General Manager at Algonquin College since January 2005, overseeing multiple retail locations and catering services. Prior to this role, Mary held significant positions at SIR Corp, including General Manager (Acting) and Manager of the Food Services Department, where responsibilities included training program implementation and supporting new location openings. Mary holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Policy from St. Francis Xavier University and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph, complemented by additional training from Cornell University.
