Ashwin Bangla started their work experience in 2012 at IBM as a System Administrator UNIX, Team Lead & Incident Manager. Ashwin worked there until 2019. Then, in 2019, they joined Domain Clinical Data Sciences Pvt. Ltd. as a SAS Programmer I. Ashwin worked at Domain Clinical Data Sciences Pvt. Ltd. until 2021 when they started working at Algorics as a Statistical Programmer II.

Ashwin Bangla completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in the years 2004-2008. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 (CBP) from SAS in October 2019 and the Be Essential Award from IBM in June 2017.
