Every day we strive to make this vision a global reality.    As an Administration Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting various administrative tasks within the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in office operations, communication, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:- Assist in managing and coordinating the CEO's calendar, which includes scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, serving as the primary point of contact for the CEO.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Meeting and Event Coordination:- Organize and prepare for meetings by assisting with agenda preparation, attendee coordination, and note-taking.
  • Coordinate logistics for both internal and external events. Project Management:- Assist in managing special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and follow-up. Confidentiality and Discretion:- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and the CEO’s affairs

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and calendar management.
  • Fluency in English (advanced level).
