Every day we strive to make this vision a global reality.    A Strategic Planning Intern typically works in collaboration with the leadership team of a company to develop and execute strategies that drive long-term growth and business success. A Strategic Planning Intern helps the company identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through research, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsabilities

  • Support the team's strategic planning efforts by providing analysis and insights into Algotive's operations, culture, and policies.

  • Facilitate communication between members of the executive team, ensuring efficient exchangeof information and alignment on strategic objectives.

  • Contribute to the management of special projects, assisting in their coordination and execution across different divisions.

  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic business initiatives, gaining hands-onexperience under the mentorship of the executive team.

  • Collaborate with executives in decision-making processes, program management, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.

  • Contribute to the review, design, and execution of improvements to the organization's structure, identifying knowledge and skills gaps and assisting in addressing them.

  • Support efforts to enhance current processes and streamline organizational procedures for increased efficiency and productivity

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, such as Industrial

  • Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data

  • analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.

  • Previous experience in strategic planning or related fields is a plus, but not required.
