Sanjukta Biswas

Sanjukta Biswas currently serves as the VP of HR at Algoworks, a global IT services company specializing in enterprise solutions, since March 2013. Previously, Sanjukta held the position of HR Manager at Mobicules Systems, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and employee relations. Additional experience includes consulting at Georgia State University, focusing on wellness programs, and roles at Staples and AB Leasing and Finance Limited, which involved employee relations and management of consumer durables. Sanjukta holds an MS in Human Resource Management from Georgia State University and an MBA in HRM and IT from University Institute of Management, along with a BSc in Math, Physics, and Geology.
