Fernando Conrado has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management, call center management, and customer acquisition. Fernando began their career as a Gerente Geral at Banco ibi, where they managed a team and handled sales of financial products. Fernando then moved on to work at Uranet Projetos e Sistemas as a Coordenador and Supervisor of call centers. At CentralCred Promotora de Vendas, they served as the Gerente de Aquisição de Clientes and played a key role in implementing a call center and restructuring the operational department. As a Gestor de Call Center at PARLA! Contact Center, Fernando successfully turned around an underperforming sales operation, achieving a 75% increase in sales. Fernando then joined NewCall Contact Center and Click SA as a Gerente de Call Center, where they continued to excel in managing customer acquisition and retention efforts. In 2018, Fernando joined Ali Credito as the Head of Customer Acquisition, where they were responsible for direct customer communication and improving the overall customer experience. Fernando later joined Grupo Mais Valor as the Gerente de Contact Center before moving on to Relevante Marketing Digital, where they co-founded the company and focused on product and growth. Currently, Fernando is working at Ali as a Product Manager, specializing in B2B and B2C products and also in the field of solar energy.
