Erick Martinez has extensive experience in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as Gerente de Talento Humano at Alianza Team® since May 2010. Prior to this role, Erick held positions at RHnet as Key Account Manager and Gerente de Reclutamiento y Selección for the Región Occidente from June 2006 to April 2010, and served as Analista de Reclutamiento & Selección at Tekdiesel from October 2004 to June 2006. Erick's educational background includes a Diplomado en Coaching Ejecutivo from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2015-2016) and a degree in Administración de Empresas from Instituto Tecnologico de Morelia (1998-2002).
