Laura Camila Torres Guerrero is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer at Alianza Team® since March 2022, Laura leads the inter-company maquila sourcing process for new products, ensuring efficient negotiation and delivery. Previously, Laura worked at Quala S.A. in various roles, including Development and Research Engineer, where responsibilities included managing product sourcing and supply chain planning to optimize inventory levels. Laura also has experience as an Assistant Professor at Universidad de los Andes, teaching System Dynamics, and as a Commercial Assistant at Marco Marketing Consultants, managing corporate accounts. Laura holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Project Management and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
