Josh Moormann

Josh Moormann is an experienced professional in solutions architecture and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Solutions Architecture at Alianza, Inc. since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading solution development and cloud transformation strategies for Tier 1 CSPs in North America. Previously, as Director of Customer Success at Alianza, Josh managed a team focused on enhancing end-user voice and UCaaS experiences for major customers across the US and Canada. Prior roles include Manager of Technology Architecture at Lumen Technologies, supporting enterprise solutions architecture and call routing, and Principal Solutions Architect at Level 3 Communications. Josh's career began as an Account Manager and Senior Sales Engineer at KMC Telecom, with subsequent positions at Telcove and Level 3 Communications prior to their acquisitions by CenturyLink.
