Anil Tomar

Anil Tomar currently serves as the COO for the India Region at Aliaxis, focusing on value chain and operations transformation since February 2023. Prior to this role, Anil held the COO position at MTL, an Advent International portfolio company, where significant operational transformations were achieved, including expanding factory locations from 6 to 25 and developing professional teams from June 2019 to February 2023. As Director of Operations at Danone from January 2017 to June 2019, Anil managed the integrated supply chain across various product segments. Anil’s earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Manufacturing at Kellogg Company, where a state-of-the-art food factory was developed, and as Factory Manager at Mars, overseeing significant manufacturing operations and product launches. Anil holds a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from both Delhi College of Engineering and Delhi University.
