Sarah Xie

Sarah XIE is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resource management across various industry sectors. Currently serving as HRVP/CHO at 医联 since April 2020, Sarah oversees the group's HR and administrative management. In parallel, Sarah has been the HRG Leader for the content business line at 阿里巴巴文化娱乐集团 since April 2019 and HRG leader at Alibaba Pictures Group Limited since April 2017. Previous roles include HRG Leader at AutoNavi, Head of HR Operation Center at Alibaba.com, and China C&B Director & HRBP for Kerneos, where Sarah established a unified compensation and benefits system. Additionally, Sarah held positions of HR Director at PepsiCo and Senior HRM at LafargeHolcim, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and change management projects. Sarah XIE holds an EMBA in Luxury from HEC Paris, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
