Fulin Liao

Fulin Liao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and localization, currently serving as General Manager at UEdrive since October 2019 and as Translation Vendor Manager at Alibaba Group since March 2017. Prior to these roles, Fulin Liao was the Associate Vice President at Pactera for nearly eleven years, demonstrating expertise in outsourcing management, business development, and product globalization services. Early in the career at ASTI Shanghai, Fulin Liao focused on translation and verification for IBM products. Fulin Liao holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, alongside further education at Fudan University.
