Tomás del Olmo currently serves as the Head of Growth & Lead Generation for the Spain Market at Alibaba Group while also holding the position of Senior Growth Manager. As the Founder of Vanelm Capital since January 2022, Tomás del Olmo focuses on assisting SMEs in Spain with generational transitions and business succession solutions. Previously, Tomás co-founded Vanelm Outdoors, providing consulting services in market expansion and growth strategies, and held roles at Orca, where responsibilities included Director of Product and Marketing and External Advisor. Tomás possesses a Master in Marketing and Sales Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Bachelor of Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
