Ying Mao

Ying Mao is an accomplished public relations professional with extensive experience in managing communications for leading organizations. Currently serving as Public Relations Manager at Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group since November 2021, Ying previously held the same title at Alibaba Group and has also worked as Senior Manager and Manager of Public Relations at Lazada Group from September 2019 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Manager and Corporate Communications Supervisor at Hong Kong Airlines, as well as Account Coordinator at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Ying began a career in public relations as an intern at LightInTheBox. Academically, Ying holds a Master of Social Science in Corporate Communication from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Art in Scenario Translation and Dubbing from Communication University of China.
