Cindy Gault has extensive experience in restaurant and hospitality management, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Virgil's Real BBQ since August 2023 and as the Operations Manager for Alicart Restaurant Group since August 2022. Gault completed hybrid management training with Alicart, which enhances collaboration with esteemed leadership teams at Carmine’s and Virgil's restaurants. Previous roles include Restaurant General Manager at Diablos Cantina at Luxor Hotel & Casino, where responsibilities included leadership for front and back of house staff and maintaining health code standards. Gault’s earlier positions also encompass Restaurant Manager at Nine Fine Irishmen and Assistant Restaurant Manager at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, along with various management roles at Renaissance Hotels and Madison Hotel Memphis. Gault holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Food and Beverage Management from the College of Southern Nevada.
