Erika started their career at Great Performances in 2001 as a Venue General Manager, where they managed food facilities and events at various exclusive venues. Erika then moved on to Dean & DeLuca as a General Manager, where they oversaw two locations and provided a high-quality experience for customers. After that, they worked at Havana Central Restaurants as a General Manager, and finally, they joined Aliciaart Restaurant Group.
