Erika Rodriguez

Erika Rodriguez has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Erika started their career at Great Performances in 2001 as a Venue General Manager, where they managed food facilities and events at various exclusive venues. Erika then moved on to Dean & DeLuca as a General Manager, where they oversaw two locations and provided a high-quality experience for customers. After that, they worked at Havana Central Restaurants as a General Manager, and finally, they joined Aliciaart Restaurant Group. At Aliciaart, they held various roles, including Assistant General Manager, Field Training Manager, and most recently, Director of Training.

Erika Rodriguez completed their education from 1994 to 2000 at Florida International University. Erika earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
