Randy Talbot

Randy Talbot has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, holding various executive positions throughout their career. Randy served as the Chief Operating Officer for Alicart and its restaurants, Carmine's and Virgil's Real BBQ, where they oversaw operations and ensured the delivery of exceptional Italian and barbecue cuisine. Prior to that, they held a similar position as the Chief Operating Officer at Carmine's NYC Family Style Italian. Talbot also worked as an Area Supervisor at Hale and Hearty, where they managed multiple locations and maintained the quality of soups, salads, and sandwiches. Earlier in their career, they were the Vice President of Operations at Havana Central, responsible for managing and developing the operations team for upscale Cuban restaurants. Talbot also served as the Manhattan Area Manager for Le Pain Quotidien and Area Director at Bertucci's Restaurant Corp. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations management and their ability to maximize productivity and profitability.

Randy Talbot obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Music / Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, in February 2017, they acquired a certification from Vistage Worldwide, Inc. through their Vistage Advisory Group.
