Terry Bishop

Terry Bishop is an experienced restaurateur with a diverse background in restaurant management and ownership. Since December 2019, Terry has served as the Franchise Owner of Rachel's Kitchen, operating two of eight locations in the Las Vegas Valley, focusing on high-quality gourmet food at affordable prices. Prior to this role, Terry held positions such as General Manager at Carmine's NYC Family Style Italian from November 2016 to July 2019, where a family-style dining experience featuring generous portions of Southern Italian cuisine was emphasized. Additional experience includes Assistant General Manager at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar from October 2015 to November 2016, Senior Manager at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. from July 2012 to October 2015, General Manager at Red Robin from January 2011 to July 2012, and General Manager at Claim Jumper Restaurants from February 1995 to December 2010. Terry holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Long Beach, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
